What makes you suspect PMA/PMMA? How long was did this last? Did you take the pill?

Thanks for the warning.

I suspect PMA/PMMA due to the dysphoric effects on those who took the pill; the complete absence of any immediate stimulant and euphoric effects with the expected time frame (less than one hour). And the hyperserotoninaemic symptoms of anxiety, coarse tremor, confusion. Further I feel this was evidenced by the resolution of symptoms within an hour of of treating patients with 8mg cyproheptadine - an oral serotonin antagonist.

Also I suspect pma/pmma out of a belief in a worst case scenario - punters can simply buy another pill and some clandestine dealer doesn't get money yet no body risks serotonin syndromes.
I was a medic at the event unofficially with friends who were consuming these pills. I examined and interviewed them after - all are very experienced pill munchers. I did not have one as routine hair testing is part of my work
