Good pill nothing extreme, easy to come down from still recommend some dank, antipsychotic(seroquel/zyprexa etc) or benzos for easy crash and to kill your need to redose
hard to crush i take a couple fold them up in cigarette foil and smash with a hammer, after put on solid surface and put a bill over it and crush rest with a lighter
