Stats: 90kg male with 15 or so years previous experience, Fair tolerance.

We were originally offered these by a local guy who approached us on a beach outside a well-known beach bar in PDB.

We explained that we wanted 5 & insisted we were only interested if we could test first, the guy seemed ok with this, left us a pink love heart to test & disappeared to get the rest.

Test results: extremely quick colour change from purple, to deep purple then black (with slight purple hue when hrld up to the light). The whole reaction took about 3 seconds.

After a min or so our man came back to us with 4 dodgy grey looking beans & a load of excuses... apparently they were out of lovehearts but these were 'better'. In fairness we didn't bother re-testing these grey ones so they could've been legit, but this guy was now acting like dodgy prick & since we only wanted the ones we'd tested we politely told him to piss off and tried our luck elsewhere. We walked all of about 5 metres down the beach before we were approached again & asked about the hearts, we were in luck.

Same drill re: testing, same results. Spent the rest of the day on the beach, bite to eat & siesta.

A few drinks at home then off to the club around 01:00, started on a half.

01:30 feel the usual chattiness, & enhanced sensory perception. Bass sounds amazing, feels like a clean bean.

02:00 I pop a whole one & the Mrs drops half too.

02:30 We're both away getting lost in the music. Good energetic vibe that I haven't come across in the last 10 years or so. Clean buzz but some jaw tension.

Over the course of the night I did 3 in total & the Mrs had 2, we both agreed this was no where near necessary and put this down to overexcitement at it being our first night back on the island this year.

We left at around 6ish for a stroll along the beach home, watched the sun start to rise, a couple of 5HTPs and then away to bed.

No problem sleeping although we both had some pretty funky dreams!

The next day was not so great (but at 31 I'm a bit of an old fart these days (by Ibiza standards). Bit of jaw tension and standard post-night-out vacant mindedness but nothing a bit of food, a couple of sangrias and a siesta on the beach didn't fix.

In summary, if you're in IBZ and you can find any of these left, happy days as I genuinely can't rate these enough.
