the first time i tried this i took 2 at once.. when its started to kick in, it was a smooth journey up the hills. but it stops when i am halfway there,,:( and today i started with 3,and one hour later i allready had eaten 5 and still i never get to the top.. if it wasnt for that its one for top5list for this summer..
