After taking one I've had them professionally lab-tested (GC/MS, the lot) in the Netherlands and it turns out they contain ONLY mCPP, around 40 mg if I remember correctly. They are Bunk with a capital B. Incidentally, you can find pictures of this pill on the Wikipedia page on mCPP.
Immediately after buying the pills I took one at an outdoor festival in my home town, believing them to contain MDMA. Though I felt quite happy and energetic for a few hours, the experience didn't come close to MDMA. I guess I'm lucky I didn't get the migraines, headaches or nausea commonly associated with mCPP, which apparently vary from person to person.
I know there are/were also other white sharks going around that contain only MDMA(high) or MDMA(low) WITH mCPP, so if you come across white sharks, definitely test them for mCPP!
